The Southern California Rental Housing Association is now accepting nominations for the 2025 Mark of Excellence Awards. 

The Mark of Excellence Awards highlights best practices and honors the best of the best in the rental housing industry. All the awards promote core values and drivers for change that inspire excellence and leadership that reflects industry best practices.  

ONLINE NOMINATION INSTRUCTIONS:

All nominations, nominee submittal questionnaires, and file uploads will be done in the OpenWater portal. If you have not previously submitted an entry, you will automatically create an account when you begin an entry the first time.

After creating your account you may begin submitting your nomination(s) or complete your questionnaire and upload the required files. You can save your work as you go and return to the site as often as needed, but not after finalizing and submitting the entry.  

All nominations must be submitted individually and must include the nominee's name, individual/personal email and nomination category.
